Returns Policy

Sorry, we know this is the boring legal mumbo-jumbo, but take a moment to have a read of our return policy.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and receive store credit or exchange it for another item. Returns outside of this period will not be accepted.

We ask that you kindly consider you size and style before committing to a purchase, as we do not accept returns for refunds* unless the item is deemed faulty and cannot be replaced. However, you may exchange any unworn item for another size, style or colour or request a credit note for a future purchase (Items purchased on Sales are final and there are no accepted exchanges or return).

Please note if your item has been shipped, any shipping costs will not be credited or refunded. ($15.00 fee applies for free shipping)


To start a return, you must e-mail us at customerservice@trivassijeanas.com.au  with subject: 'RETURN' or 'EXCHANGE', describing what would you like to return or exchange, including Order Number. Please allow up to 3 business days for us to respond. If your return is accepted, we will send you an email with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please DO NOT return items to us without contacting us first.

You will be asked to put your photography skills to the test and provide a photo of your item prior to sending it back to us so we can assess the condition.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, with hygiene liners, tags, and in its original packaging. There must be no sweat, makeup, deodorant, fake tan, or marks of any kind. 

We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at Trivassi Jeans Australia discretion.

Who pays for the cost of my return?

The customer is responsible for the cost to ship their returns to Trivassi Jeans Australia. Please ensure your return package is prepaid and insured, for your protection, in case of loss or damage. Trivassi Jeans Australia does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation if a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled.

Returning items must be received by Trivassi Jeans Australia before exchanging products are posted out.

Trivassi Jeans Australia is limited edition and is made in small quantities. For this reason, we may not be able to guarantee certain styles will be available when exchanging. If this happens, we will arrange a suitable replacement, store credit or a full refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Purchases using a promo, discount, coupon code are considered sale items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 2 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. The item must then be returned to us within 5 days after the fault has been reported so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Please note: If you are returning one of your items from a bundle, your order is no longer valid at that bundle pricing.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS?

Update on Returns - Returns will generally be processed within 10 business days of receiving. During sale periods and events, it may take up to 15 business days to process

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customerservice@trivassijeans.com.au.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
